Link to CURewards via "Credit Card Information"

Have you visited "Credit Card Information" in the "I know what I want..." drop down?  When BeeLine Online Banking doesn't show you the current balance on your Credit Card Merchant Account, visit Credit Card Processor Information.  Here you register and can get your latest balance on your card and your CURewards.  You can even sign up for e-statements for your Credit Card Statement.  See if the payment you submitted got posted.  See the store charge from yesterday post to your account.

It's easy to enroll, just remember to keep the secret password and all the challenge questions secret...don't give the answers to anyone!  For e-statements, look for "Online Services" on the left after you log in to the site.

CARDLOCK The newest way to control when your credit card is used.  If you have The Queen's VISA Credit Cards, you can call or sign up online to block or unblock your card as needed.   The service does not cost you a penny.  Call 547-4521, Member Services or option 7 for more information.

Online Web Bill Payment

Web Bill Payment—easy to enroll, easy to use, and no monthly charges for the first 3 months! If you have a checking account, just follow these simple instructions. If you don’t, stop by and get the forms so you too can be on your way to easy bill paying. When ready: visit our website at www.queensfcu.org.
• click on Web Bill Payment Service.
• Another window will open where you click on ENROLL ME.
• Complete the application as needed.
• You may create your own User Name and Password Sign In.
Remember your Password and do not give it out to anyone. Whoever has your User Name and Password, can access to your bill payment account. This person will be able to make payments from your account on file even if you don’t. You will be responsible for any transactions they authorize or conduct on any of your accounts. Protect your password and do not give it to anyone! Your User Name can be seen when you log on, your password cannot.

Credit Card Payments for The Queen's FCU Visa

Ran out of stamps? Due date closing in? Tired of mailing the envelope? If you have The Queen’s FCU Classic or Gold Visa Credit Card, we’ve made paying your bill easy. Drop off your check payment at any of our offices and we will take care of your Visa Credit Card Payment. You can also call in to transfer from any of your deposit accounts to make the payment.  No need to send your payments to the lockbox.  Save yourself a stamp.

Payments to The Queen's FCU Visa Classic or Visa Gold Credit cards can also  be done online! Log into your BeeLine Online Banking and make a transfer from any of your deposit accounts to your Visa Credit Card which is identified as a Visa Classic or Visa Gold.  

Please be advised that it will take 2 to 3 days for your payment to be posted to your credit card account.
