Working to Serve You Better- Changes effective May 1, 2011

Thank you for your patience and we appreciate your understanding. With this conversion; we now have many ways to check your account.

BEE-LINE ONLINE BANKING

WHAT’S NEW HERE???? ONE LOGIN FOR ALL YOUR ACCOUNTS: If you have more than one account at the credit union, you now need only one login to see all of them. You will also be able to see and make transfers to accounts where you are a joint owner or authorized to act on.

If you saved our online banking website as a “favorite” or bookmarked it, you may want to delete it and save the new link.

If you have not been able to sign in with our expedited login or the “FORGOT PASSWORD (?)” link gives you an error message call us at (808)547-4521, option 7 during our business hours to register for the NEW Bee-Line Online Banking. You need to provide us a User Name and an email address. Notifications will come from flexteller@flexteller.net. Your email registered here can be different from the email you set up to notify you of e-statements, e-notices, and e-alerts.

If you have been receiving e-statements in the past, the notice that statements are ready will now come from statement@queensfcu.org.

If you have not been receiving e-statements and would like to start receiving them, call us at (808)547-4521, option 7 for an application.

The Old Bee-Line Online Banking will only be available for inquiries on transactions before May 1, 2011. E-statements here are available are only until April 30, 2011. You may want to print out your old statements as this link will be disconnected sometime during the summer. For transactions and statements after April 30, please log in to the NEW Bee-Line.

QUEEN’S TELLERPHONE

New Queen’s Tellerphone# 946-4439 for transactions occurring from May 1. Call us to get registration instructions.

Old Queen’s Tellerphone # 941-4439 for inquiries on transactions before May 1, 2011….no new transactions will be able to be made. This link will be disconnected sometime during the summer.

Visa CREDIT CARD PAYMENTS

WHAT’S NEW HERE???? A new link to see your transactions and your CU Rewards balance: For security reasons, you will have to register/login separately. You may use the same User Name as the one you use for your Bee-Line Online Banking access. You may also use the same password.

NOTE: Unfortunately, payment transfers from your TQFCU account will not be available. We are working to remedy the situation. Until then, you may:

1) Call us to make a payment transfer from your account at TQFCU,

2) Mail a payment in to our office at 715 South King Street, Suite 110, Honolulu, HI 96813, or

3) Mail a payment in to the address on the statement.

WHAT’S NEW HERE???? Some Hawaii sites may not be available from May 1 until late August. There is a second conversion going on for Shared Branching which will not be completed until mid-August. You may still visit these Credit Unions until then:
