Employees, independent contractors, or self-employed persons who work regularly in the Healthcare Industry in the State of Hawaii, meaning they work at or provide the following services or products:

• Assisted living facilities that provide healthcare services
• Birthing Centers
• Blood, organ and tissue banks
• Emergency medical care
• Ambulatory care providers
• Health clinics 
• Health maintenance organizations (HMO) medical facilities
• Health rehabilitation centers
• Home health care
• Hospices
• Hospitals
• Medical and diagnotic labs
• Medical transcription services
• Nursing homes
• Nursing services
• Pain centers
• Paramedic services
• Medical research facilities
• Pharmacy services
• Rehabilitation centers providing medical treatment
• Licensed psychological or physical therapy

Offices of chiropractors, surgeons, dentists, orthopedics, licensed therapists, optometrists, physicians, podiatrists, psychologists, psychiatrists, othropedists, radiologists, ophthalmologists are also eligible to become a member of the credit union. 

Also volunteers of the above organizations or organizations of such persons and corporate of other legal entities.

Immediate family or household member of those listed above are also eligible to join.  Immediate Family is defined as a spouse, siblings, children, grandchildren, parents, and grandparents. Household members are defined as those residing at the same physical address as the primary member.
