Home Equity Line of Credit Loans (HELOC) rate of 6.25% APR* is continuing until Sept. 30, 2008!  Take out an advance NOW!!  Open a new HELOC or take an advance on an existing HELOC.  Pay off bills, go on a vacation, finance education, buy a new vehicle, etc.  Call Lisa or Joan in the Loan Department at 547-4521.   * ANNUAL PERCENTAGE RATE, current rate should be 7.00% APR (- effective 7/1/08 -) based on 13 week T-Bill + 3% rounded up to the next .25%.  Offered rate is below floor rate of 7%.  Ceiling rate is 18%.  Minimum advance of $1,000.  Minimum monthly payment of $100.00.  Rate will change on October 1, 2008 to current rate at that time and quarterly thereafter.  Minimum Credit Line of $30,000 for no closing costs.  Maximum Credit Line is $100,000.  5 year draw period with maximum 15 year repayment period.  Property under Trust will incur additional charges for attorney review.  Consult your tax accountant for tax implications.
